About The Position

This is a Baylor position where you work 32 hours and receive 8 hours of Baylor pay. This role involves assisting in the implementation of resident care plans and providing basic medical care, such as dressing wounds and taking vital signs. You will also administer medications, monitor for side effects, assist RNs in carrying out care plans, monitor residents' conditions, report changes to the RN or physician, record patient information accurately, and assist with resident mobility and personal care activities.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the applicable state.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a geriatric care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of resident care plans and provide basic medical care, such as dressing wounds and taking vital signs.
