About The Position

Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is offering an exciting opportunity for Licensed Practical Nurses who want flexibility, full‑time benefits, and a supportive, values‑driven workplace. Our WOW Program is designed for nurses who thrive on weekend work and want a schedule that fits their life. This program offers the chance to work 24 hours each weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and get paid for 6 bonus hours, totaling 30 paid hours weekly. Additionally, there's an option to add an extra 7.5‑hour shift during the week, and holiday rotation is paid at time and a half. You will receive full‑time benefits while working a part‑time schedule, including health benefits, paid time off, educational assistance programs, and retirement savings.

Requirements

• Current PA LPN license
• CPR competency
• Continuing education aligned with state and federal regulations
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Post‑licensure experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high‑quality nursing care
• Assess residents, administer medications, and document in our electronic care tracker
• Supervise CNAs and ensure care plans are followed
• Monitor dining activities and resident needs
• Support families, visitors, and physicians during rounds
