About The Position
Linwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. As an LPN at Linwood, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, supervising Nursing Assistants, and working closely with the RN Supervisor to ensure the best outcomes for our residents. This is a full-time position with a shift available from 7am to 3pm.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Compassionate approach to resident care
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians
- Accurately transcribe and follow physician orders
- Order medications and supplies in accordance with facility policies
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
- Review and update care plans and resident profiles as needed
- Complete required documentation each shift per facility guidelines
- Participate in nursing report at shift change to ensure continuity of care
