Requirements
- Current Kansas LPN license in good standing.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for caring for seniors and leading others.
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Assisted living or memory care experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support our nursing team.
- Complete resident assessments and develop care plans.
- Oversee medication management and resident care services.
- Mentor, coach, and support caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with Kansas assisted living regulations.
- Promote quality care, resident safety, and excellent customer service.
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation as scheduled.
