About The Position
Alliance Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide dedicated 1:4 care for medically complex adults in an Adult Family Home setting. This role allows nurses to build lasting relationships with patients and deliver personalized care. The company offers paid training, including vent and trach training, ongoing clinical support, and 24/7 clinical support. Requirements
- Active Washington State LPN license (without restrictions)
- CPR Certification
- A passion for providing exceptional, patient-focused care
