We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role involves providing quality nursing care and supporting the well-being of residents, including administering medications, monitoring conditions, charting, assisting with care planning, and responding to emergencies. Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Complete charting and documentation
