About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home health services throughout the Lehigh Valley area, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Whitehall, Emmaus, Macungie, and surrounding communities. This is a flexible per diem opportunity where you can create your own schedule and provide one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and safety
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
