Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current LPN or LPN IV licensure with the Mississippi Board of Nursing
- Current BLS certification
- Associate's degree in nursing
- A patient-first mindset
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Confidence, calm, and compassion in fast-paced situations
- Commitment to safety, infection control, and ethical care
- A spirit of teamwork and willingness to grow
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year experience as an LPN in a clinic setting
- Experience in patient charting and EMR systems
Responsibilities
- Partner with providers to support whole-person care
- Carry out physician orders and deliver treatments with precision and compassion
- Educate patients and their families about care plans and medications
- Document thoroughly to ensure clear, coordinated care
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
- Be a calm and confident presence in both routine visits and urgent situations
- Serve as a supportive teammate and mentor to others in the clinic
