About The Position
Blue United Sourcing is hiring compassionate Night Shift LPNs for a residential care facility in Norfolk, VA that supports children and young adults with disabilities. This role offers overnight hours, steady, rewarding work, and the opportunity for short-term assignments with long-term potential. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the Virginia Board of Nursing — or a current multistate license through the Nurse Licensure Compact
- Successful completion of a Board-approved practical nursing program, and a passing score on the NCLEX-PN exam
- A clean criminal background check, as required by the Virginia Board of Nursing as part of the licensure process

Responsibilities
- Patient Monitoring: measuring blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration
- Medication Dispensing and Management
- Basic Wound Care
- Data Collection: interviewing patients to record medical histories and entering detailed notes into electronic health records
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- General Patient Support
