Requirements

• Current, unencumbered North Dakota LPN license
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to complete ND Community Staff Training Program certification within 18 months
• Satisfactory background check

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of direct patient care experience
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD)

Responsibilities

• Support medication delegation, documentation, and MAR compliance across DD licensed programs
• Conduct and oversee medication certification classes for VTC staff
• Perform nursing assessments and communicate findings to the RN
• Help coordinate medical appointments and emergency response as needed
• Contribute to person-centered service plans as part of our interdisciplinary team
