About The Position

We are seeking a LPN to join our team of dynamic sleep experts (nurses, psychiatrists, neurologists, pulmonologists and advanced practice providers) who care for adults and children with sleep disorders. Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment. Responsible for referrals, pre-visit management, patient messages regarding sleep study results, refills, and PAP therapy questions and adjustments. Assist with rooming patients and taking vitals.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program Required
Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure Required
CPR/BLS certification Required

Nice To Haves

1 year of experience as an LPN Preferred
