About The Position

Independence Village is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time 2nd shift (2 PM-10 PM) and full-time 3rd shift (10 PM-6 AM) position. This role involves leading, managing, and training a team of caregivers, evaluating residents, reporting changes in condition to physicians, utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR), communicating effectively with the team, residents, and families, and building strong relationships. Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
