About The Position

This Outpatient Employee Health LPN role is focused on supporting and helping build a more structured Employee Health program across the Hi-Line. You will play a key role in onboarding, injury tracking, and supporting the development of consistent processes across multiple facilities. Our Mission: Quality, compassionate care for all. What You Will Do Support Employee Onboarding Coordinate onboarding requirements for new hires Work closely with HR and leaders Help create a welcoming, organized onboarding experience Assist with Workplace Injury Management Track and support employee injury processes Help standardize workflows across locations Maintain accurate documentation Support Return-to-Work Program Assist in building and maintaining return-to-work processes Track employee status and follow-up needs Contribute to Employee Health Program Development Help implement standardized processes and procedures Support regional consistency across facilities Provide Education and Coordination Support staff with employee health processes Help reinforce expectations and workflows Role Scope Outpatient-based role Supports multiple Hi-Line facilities Regional support role with opportunity to grow May start flexible and expand over time What You Bring Current Montana LPN license required Minimum two (2) years of experience in a medical setting such as a physician practice or hospital preferred Experience in employee health or occupational health preferred Strong organizational and communication skills RQI Provider (BLS) required Why This Role Be part of building a more structured Employee Health program Work across multiple rural facilities Grow into a larger role as the program expands Make a direct impact on staff support and safety Shift: Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. Requirements

  • Current Montana LPN license required
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a medical setting such as a physician practice or hospital preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • RQI Provider (BLS) required
