About The Position

Seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN to join our team, working 3 days a week (24 hours) Monday - Friday. This role offers a $1,000 Hiring Bonus. Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
Current CPR certification.
Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

Fulfill Presbyterian Homes’ mission, purpose, motto, commitment to service, promise, and practices by putting “Smiles in the Eyes of our Residents”.
Provide and monitor high-quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
Monitor the work of Medication Assistants, Resident Assistants and Resident Aides in the community on his/her assigned shift.
Report directly to the RN, Clinical Coordinator or Clinical Administrator as designated at the site and may take direction from the Community Coordinator.
