Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time Dayshift (6am-2pm)
About The Position
This role involves assessing and monitoring the health status of residents, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and assisting with activities of daily living. The LPN will also be responsible for documenting resident care plans and progress notes, communicating with healthcare professionals and family members, and monitoring vital signs, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities is essential.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
