About The Position
Conifer Park is looking for an LPN to join our nursing team at our Outpatient Clinic in Rochester, NY. In this role, the LPN collaborates with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime, provides data to assist in the evaluation of patients' responses to plan of care, administers medication safely and accurately while working closely with Medical and Clinical staff. A sign-on bonus of $6,000 is available, prorated based on hours, with payments at orientation, six months, and one year of employment.
Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- CPR certification required
