Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Eagles (71966)
About The Position
Centurion is seeking a Full-time Day Traveling Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Hancock State Prison located in Sparta, GA. This role involves providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical/psychiatric staff to address physical and behavioral health needs. Travel LPNs assigned to Georgia earn up to $1740/week, including a non-taxed weekly stipend. Our travelers are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees with opportunities throughout the country.
Requirements
- Georgia LPN license or ability to obtain license.
- Compact Licensure preferred.
- Must live 50 miles or more from facility.
- At least two (2) years of LPN experience.
- Must have open availability to travel throughout the state of Georgia as needed per contract needs.
- Current CPR.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
Nice To Haves
- Corrections experience not required, but preferred.
- Previous travel nurse experience preferred.
