Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania LPN license
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, emergency medicine, hospital, long-term care, or other high-acuity settings is preferred
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories
  • Administer medications, injections, treatments, and other nursing procedures
  • Respond to urgent medical concerns and assist with emergency care when needed
  • Monitor patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
  • Assist providers with examinations and treatment plans
  • Coordinate patient care, referrals, and medical transports
  • Maintain medication records and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support infection control procedures and specimen collection
  • Schedule appointments and provide administrative support to the medical department
  • Assist with credentialing, medical documentation, data entry, billing support, and confidential record management
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
