About The Position
We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing healthcare team in Honesdale, PA. Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, emergency medicine, hospital, long-term care, or other high-acuity settings is preferred
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories
- Administer medications, injections, treatments, and other nursing procedures
- Respond to urgent medical concerns and assist with emergency care when needed
- Monitor patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
- Assist providers with examinations and treatment plans
- Coordinate patient care, referrals, and medical transports
- Maintain medication records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support infection control procedures and specimen collection
- Schedule appointments and provide administrative support to the medical department
- Assist with credentialing, medical documentation, data entry, billing support, and confidential record management
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
