About The Position
West Village Post Acute is a skilled nursing facility located at 8 N. Texas Avenue in Greenville, South Carolina. We are the very definition of a "Glow Up." Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Greenville, our 132-bed facility offers a beautiful setting, a supportive culture, and a team dedicated to providing exceptional care. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
- Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed
