About The Position

Tapestry Senior Living of Springboro is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care to a small, known group of residents under a person-centered care model. The LPN will administer medications, monitor resident health, coordinate services with the Resident Services Director, guide care staff, and maintain a clean and safe care environment. The Resident Services Director works collaboratively with the LPN.

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered LPN license in the State of Ohio, required
• Current CPR/First Aid certification, required
• 1+ years of experience in a related field, required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care that follows Ohio assisted living regulations and each resident's individual care plan
• Administer medications and monitor resident health, flagging changes early
• Help plan and coordinate services with the Resident Services Director
• Guide and support care staff to keep coverage consistent across shifts
• Keep the care environment clean, safe, and calm for residents and families
