Requirements

  • Licensed LPN in Massachusetts
  • Physical exam within 6 months prior to first patient contact
  • TB test within 12 months & CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to attend 2-day orientation at Taunton office

Responsibilities
