About The Position

Our mission is to provide career-based technical and academic training and job placement assistance to low-income youth ages 16-24. This position comes with monthly incentive pay for hitting recruiting goals and finding students who are successful in the program! Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Pay: $46,000 annually plus monthly incentive pay This position comes with access to our full benefits package! 11 Holidays per year, Access to ESOP and 401k matching after 1 year of service, 10 days of sick time and 10 days of vacation time in your first year! POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the recruitment and arrival coordination of Job Corps students. Identifies and develops Center-beneficial partnerships that lead to student benefit and success. Determines student qualifications, eligibility and suitability for Job Corps enrollment. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data. This position primarily works out of the MassHire Center in New Bedford, MA, located at 25 Elm St. The location the position would be recruiting Students to is the Grafton Job Corps Center located in North Grafton, MA.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications or closely related field and two years related experience required.
  • Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet Company insurability requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field preferred.
  • Experience may include successful Job Corps enrollment or successful enrollment in other youth development programs.
