Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Weekend Option at Hickory Creek at Scottsburg. Weekend Option on Days. $30/hr + shift differential. Requirements

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Utilize nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.

Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
