Requirements

Current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compassion for serving the geriatric population
Positive attitude and team-focused approach
New Graduates Welcome! We also welcome Graduate Nurses (GNs) and Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) who are beginning their nursing careers.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Monitor patients and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate members of the care team.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Prioritize patient care needs and help coordinate an efficient workflow.
Follow current standards of nursing practice and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Use sound judgment and problem-solving skills to support quality patient care.
Communicate compassionately with patients, families, and fellow team members.
Help create a positive, supportive environment for our patients and partners.
