Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan.

- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring patient health.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information and nursing care provided accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
