About The Position

Interim HealthCare is seeking an exceptional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care for a medically complex pediatric client in her home. This is a unique opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with a child and her family while delivering high-quality, individualized care in a supportive and rewarding setting. The client is a young girl with developmental delays, deafness, non-verbal communication, G-tube feedings, and requires seizure monitoring and management. The LPN will help create a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment while providing skilled nursing care tailored to her individual needs.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Hampshire
• Current CPR certification required
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience within the past five years
• Home care or pediatric experience

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the home setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan
• Monitor for seizure activity and respond appropriately
• Manage G-tube feedings and related care
• Assess and document patient status and changes in condition
• Collaborate with the family and interdisciplinary care team
• Support the client's comfort, safety, and quality of life
