About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing quality resident care and nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed physician in a long-term care facility.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed to practice as an LPN in the state of Oklahoma.
- CPR & First Aid certified.
- Dependable and reliable, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assign and supervise care provided by CMAs and CNAs.
- Administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, and carry out physician orders.
- Monitor resident conditions, report any changes, and assist in implementing care interventions.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents' physical, social, and emotional well-being.
- Ensure compliance with all nursing protocols and regulations.
