About The Position
Conifer Park is looking for Full-time LPNs in evening shifts to join our nursing team in Glenville, NY. In this role, the LPN collaborates with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime, provides data to assist in the evaluation of patients' responses to plan of care, and administers medication safely and accurately while working closely with Medical and Clinical staff. The overnight schedule is a 2-week rotation from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, totaling 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Vocational/Technical School
- Current NYS LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- CPR certification required
- Background checks, pre-employment & drug screenings required
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime.
- Provides data to assist in the evaluation of patients' responses to plan of care.
- Administers medication safely and accurately.
- Works closely with Medical and Clinical staff.
