About The Position

The LPN will utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR), communicate effectively with the team, residents, and families, and build strong relationships. Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state.
- Prior supervisory experience required.

- Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
