Requirements
- Current LPN license valid in North Carolina
- Current AHA CPR certification or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability and willingness to respond to community emergencies
- A compassionate, service-oriented mindset with strong clinical skills

Responsibilities
- Monitor the nurse call system and respond promptly
- Provide clinical care including first aid, CPR, medication administration, vital signs, and more
- Assist with direct resident care as needed
- Document all clinic visits and emergency situations accurately
- Follow infection control protocols and safety standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality of resident information
- Respond to emergency situations (fire, power outage, natural disasters, etc.)
- Escort residents as needed (may require driving a company vehicle)
