About The Position
Serene Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible contract, per diem, and temp-to-hire opportunities across top healthcare facilities in the Seattle area. Requirements
- Active Washington State LPN license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SNF, LTC, clinic, or hospital settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient status and report changes
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Assist with ADLs and patient support
- Follow facility policies and clinical protocols
