Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Overnight Shift
About The Position
Crestwood Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) with 126 beds, providing patient care to the mentally ill/behavior health population (ages 21 and up). We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to be a friend and family member to each resident, providing compassion and companionship. We have a close-knit, fun team and are recognized for our Life Skills Programming. As an LPN, you will be joining a team of nursing professionals dedicated to providing excellent clinical care, helping patients reach their clinical goals, and working side-by-side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
- Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population
- New Graduate Nurses are welcome to apply!
- Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a SNF or ICF preferred
