About The Position
Mosaic in Central Nebraska is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their healthcare team. This role focuses on making a tangible difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities by building meaningful lives and providing holistic care. Requirements
- An active RN or LPN nursing license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of RN or LPN experience OR if you are a brand-new LPN, we welcome your 3 years of CNA/CMA experience!
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
- A valid Driver's license.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Holistic Care: Review healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
- Be a Clinical Mentor: Provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
- Advocate: Collaborate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve.
- Build Relationships: Truly get to know the people you support, celebrating their milestones and supporting them through challenges.
