About The Position

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their clinical team and support the medical needs of adult clients in residential substance use treatment. The LPN plays a key role in client care through nursing assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the broader clinical team. This is a part-time position at a brand-new facility in Concord, MA, specializing in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment for adults. The role offers an opportunity to join a new program at the ground level, helping to establish a safe, healing-centered environment and shaping the culture of care.

Requirements

Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required
At least one year in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions
Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic effects and side effects
Deliver care in alignment with detoxification protocols
Complete COWS and CIWA assessments in accordance with protocols
Provide education to clients regarding medications and health conditions
Support medical providers during assessments and medication management appointments
Maintain proper documentation and uphold strict confidentiality
Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
Support overall facility operations with professionalism and compassion
Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned
