About The Position
Caring Heart Rehab and Nursing in Philadelphia, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team. All shifts available: 7:00am-3:00pm Full Time and Part Time 3:00pm–11:00pm Part Time 7:00a-7:00p Part Time 11:00pm-7:00am Full Time and Part Time
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
- New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards
