About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for one-to-one care to join their skilled nursing team in Allegheny County. They emphasize delivering high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers traditional shift types (4, 8, or 10 hours) and involves hands-on care with a single client, allowing for relationship building and observing client milestones. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric. Daily tasks include traveling to a client's home, executing doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
