About The Position
NHC HealthCare West Plains is seeking a caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their family-oriented team. The facility is located in West Plains, MO, in the heart of the Ozarks. The LPN will work with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and care planning, maintain open communication with patients and families, provide compassionate nursing care, assist with medications and treatments, and perform other patient care duties as assigned. The team focuses on innovation, improvement, and compassionate care, with an emphasis on teamwork and integrity.
Requirements
- Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

- Prior Matrix and SNF experience is a plus
