Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Active, unencu mbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
