About The Position
Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center is seeking a part-time Psychiatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their medical team in Bedford, PA. This role involves conducting psychiatric intakes for new patients, providing individual care in the medication clinic, assessing the need for psychiatrist consultation, and responding to patient and provider communications.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current License as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
- Must be able to obtain Act 33, Act 34 and FBI clearances
Nice To Haves
- Mental health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Completing psychiatric intakes on all new patients
- Seeing patients individually in medication clinic and determine necessity for patient to see Psychiatrist
- Returning telephone messages from patients, family or other providers
- Other job-related duties, as assigned
