About The Position

St. Bernard Caring, part of the Volare Health portfolio, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. They operate long-term care skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation centers in multiple states. Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Ability to assess residents' needs.
• Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients.
• Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
• Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility.
