Requirements

• Active Connecticut LPN License
• Minimum of 1 year of current LPN experience in an acute care setting
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical examination completed within the past year
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON test, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years if applicable

Nice To Haves

• Home care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred

• Provide exceptional in-home care to clients throughout Norwalk and surrounding Fairfield County communities.
