About The Position

CNS Cares provides unparalleled home health care to the American workforce including Armed Services Veterans and former energy workers who want to remain independent and live in their own homes. We are looking for full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses - LPN for private in-home care. Pay is $32.00 for LPN’s per hour. At CNS Cares, you will work in the privacy of the patient’s home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.

Requirements

• 2 years of in-home health care experience
• Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
• Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in the state(s) of practice
• Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
• Valid Driver's License
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and build close relationships.
• Provide private duty nursing.
• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
