About The Position
St. Dominic Villa, located in Hazel Green, WI, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse. The community offers long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults in a peaceful and supportive environment. Opportunities are available for full-time day shift (AM), part-time evening shift (PM), and full-time overnight shift (NOC), with varying shift lengths and weekend rotations.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Active CPR

Responsibilities
