About The Position
Fountain Inn Post Acute is a 66-bed skilled nursing facility located just 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, South Carolina. With new leadership and exciting changes underway, we’re building a workplace where staff feel heard, supported, and valued. Our smaller setting allows you to truly connect with residents and your team, creating a more personal and meaningful care environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care and support residents’ overall health and well-being. You’ll work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification required
- Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Compassion for an underserved population
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team
- Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
