About The Position
Bristol Glen is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Assisted Living community. You'll support residents' health and daily well-being, working alongside a team that's been recognized as a Great Place to Work for nine straight years.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Jersey
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Ability to read, write, and speak English

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care that supports residents' health, comfort, and well-being
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physician orders and community protocols
- Monitor resident status and report changes to the care team
- Keep clinical records accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with residents, families, and providers on individualized service plans
- Support resident admissions, assessments, and ongoing wellness checks
