About The Position
Agawam Rehab & Nursing Campus is hiring LPNs across its four-building skilled nursing campus. Multiple shifts and schedules are available. Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits, and includes shift differentials. Direct hire opportunities are available.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and medications to residents
- Complete assessments and documentation
- Communicate with physicians and care team
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Support daily nursing operations
