Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Previous nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients following established care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor and record patients' conditions, symptoms, and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and health regulations.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain nursing certifications and stay current with best practices.
