Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
- Deep compassion, strong communication skills, and a calming presence
- Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
- A heart for hospice and the desire to make a difference
Nice To Haves
- Hospice or home health experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on nursing care focused on comfort, symptom management, and quality of life.
- Support patients with empathy, clinical skills, and a listening heart.
- Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized care.
- Offer emotional support and education to families during end-of-life-journeys
