About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a telephonic, office-based role. This position is ideal for nurses looking to transition from bedside care into a structured environment while still making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. This is a non-clinical, call center role — no hands-on patient care required. The role is located on-site in Georgia and offers a supportive, family-oriented culture. It is not a remote position and takes place in an office call center environment.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Minimum of 3+ years of bedside clinical experience
• Excellent telephonic communication skills
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM with accuracy
• Strong computer/technical proficiency (skills will be tested)
• Ability to multitask while talking and typing
• Ability to follow multi-step processes and decision-making workflows
• Dependable, accountable, and trustworthy
• Self-starter comfortable with independent learning and training
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic support and assistance to patients
• Assess patient needs and respond using clinical judgment
• Follow established workflows and decision-making guidelines
• Accurately document all patient interactions
