We are currently seeking Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our talented team on 2nd and 3rd shifts . Available Shifts 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM Full-time schedules typically include 4 days per week , with rotating weekends and holidays . Requirements
- Current LPN licensure
- A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A passion for serving in a mission-driven healthcare environment
- An ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality nursing care in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitoring resident health and reporting changes to the care team
- Supporting and mentoring nursing assistants
- Ensuring residents receive care that respects their dignity and promotes quality of life
